Jennifer and I had a great weekend. We spent a little time with family (that post soon to come) and did two amazing engagement sessions. The first couple that we got to spend time with was Stacey and Andrew. They’re getting married on the southside (represent) in May.

We started their engagement session at the Circle, because… you guessed it, that’s where he popped the question. It’s always fun to go to places I shot before and try to look at it in a whole new way. I love this shot, because I never notice before just how awesome the sculpture on the monument was. And the mood it creates in this shot.

After the Circle we went to the south side of the canal. And that’s when the magic started…

then the Police had to come and break things up. Something about turning down the level of PDA.  Actually there were a group of Bike-Cops training on the canal.  I’m pretty sure the officer didn’t know I took the picture.  So I hope I don’t get in trouble for it.

I love this shot because it shows how much fun we were having.  Andrew kept on making Stacey crack up.

I can’t really explain this one… and I can’t really tell you why not, but I had to put it on here.

Thanks Stacey and Andrew. We really had a lot of fun. You two rock. Jennifer and I are really looking forward to spending some more time with you on your big day.
