This engagement session was a little different then any I’ve ever done.  And only because the bride-to-be is my sister.  Yup, that’s right.  My little sis (who’s actually taller then me, so I don’t know if I can call her “little”) is getting married this summer.  They’ve booked the beautiful Oak Hill Mansion on the north side and plan to have a smaller, more intimate wedding.

They were both a little nervous about getting in front of the camera, but it didn’t take long to warm them up.

It’s amazing what things you can find cutting through alleyways.  And I know how convenient it may look, but I promise I don’t carry paint with me on engagement shoots.  I guess graffiti artists are just a little more sensitive then we previously thought.

A little texture + A little love = A good show!

My favorite city scape picture!

This was a lot of fun to do.  It’s a shot I’d seen on the image is found site and had to try it.  I think it worked out pretty good.

Thanks a lot Amanda and Barry.  We obviously had a blast and are very much looking forward to adding to the family.  Sorry about the whole “climb the wall” thing, but thanks for hanging in there. hehe!
